Committed Gateway Pricing (CGP) Program is:
- Temporary: CGP would expire when STB oversight ends
- Limited gateways: Chicago, St. Louis, Memphis, and New Orleans. If your traffic does not move through these gateways, it is not eligible
- Does not apply to intermodal traffic, unit trains, finished autos, storage-in-transit, TIH/PIH, dimensional loads, or rail-carrier-owned facilities
- Does not apply to dual-served customers
- Does not apply to customers located on CN or CPKC
The application proposes remedies that are temporary, narrowly targeted, and unavailable to many shippers.
